Good questions
Can I pay the setup in instalments?
Yes on Growth and Pro, for example 50% to start and 50% on launch.
Do I need to buy a domain?
If you don't have one, I'll help you register something like yourname.co.uk. Domain fees are usually about £10-£15/year, paid to the registrar.
Is this a long contract?
Setup is one-off. Hosting is monthly. After a short settling-in period you can cancel with fair notice, I'll confirm the exact terms when you book.
What if I already have a website?
I can rebuild it cleaner and move you across when you're happy, especially if your current site is outdated, broken on mobile, or hard to update.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, and light content edits within your plan's time allowance. Bigger changes are quoted separately.
What's the free preview I sometimes see?
That's an unofficial mock-up I may send so you can picture a clearer site, not a live customer website and not a free build. If you want it live on your domain, that's Starter, Growth or Pro.
